Our School
Sheringham High School is an Academy and part of the Synergy Multi Academy Trust. It is situated on the edge of Sheringham which is a delightful North Norfolk coastal town.
We are a popular school that caters for over 700 students aged from 11 to 18 who live in Sheringham, Holt and many surrounding villages. We occupy a wonderful campus set in its own spacious playing fields with views of the sea.
We have enjoyed consistent examination success for many years and provide a rich extra curricular programme. The school has an excellent reputation in Performing Arts, Sport and STEM.
Visitors comment on the very positive relationships between staff and students, and recognise the focus on learning in a caring and supportive environment. We have a dedicated teaching staff of over fifty teachers, supported by an associate staff team of more than thirty hard working individuals. We benefit from the goodwill of many supportive parents, friends, industrial mentors, outside agencies and governors, and have forged close links in the community. Many give freely of their time and energy to help us to provide a quality service to our young people and we value these partnerships. Our success is based on high expectations, mutual respect and challenge. We are very proud of our wonderful students and of our happy, caring and aspirational school community.
