We take the health and well- being of our students seriously and we aim to provide them with a wide range of appropriate information, support and advice to enable them to manage everyday difficulties which they may face. Our curriculum provision offers an extensive range of themes around health and well- being and allows for age appropriate discussion in a safe environment (see curriculum pages for more information).

When we notice that a young person in our care is displaying or is at risk of harmful behaviours, we will;
It is always our goal, where appropriate, to involve the families of the young people with whom we are working and we will always support them to do this themselves. Depending upon the age of the young person and in some circumstances this may not happen immediately. However, any communication or action taken will always be in the best interests of each individual.
